I had to go through at least five different persons to get everything taken care of. You need to find a better way of taking care of your customers. By this I mean you go to one department and they give one answer. Another department then refers you to another department and so forth. It seems like they want you to give up. The last person I talked to and I wish I knew his name was the only one that actually started from the beginning to the end and did not refer me to anyone else. Normally I don’t purchase these but in this case I did and am so glad that I did. Item quit working, was not fixable and they refunded my money.
Wasn't expecting a full refund. Was immediately issued. Wow
I was pleasantly surprised by the quick and expedient action from my claim for a scratch in the lens of my glasses. I was not required to send them in or have a lens replaced. They simply asked for a receipt and sent me a check. Great customer service.
