I dropped my with a telephoto lens and it no longer telescoped. I filed a claim, got a (free) shipping label and sent off the lens. It took 2-3 weeks and I had it back working properly, in time for next trip.

I received my Dell Precision 3630 on January 19 of this year. It had issues to begin with but I found ways to get done what I wanted.
