The process was so easy. From finding my account and policy. To being able to ship it out. And the quickness that it was sent back. I’m always hesitant buying a warranty. But this was so worth it!! no hidden agendas or loopholes to prevent me from getting my computer fixed. I am so happy with this company that I had thought. I shipped my charger with my computer.
