Our tech showed up early and was able to detect the issue with our washer. He was informative, professional and friendly. Our washer is working good again! I'm so glad we had our warrantee with Allstate!

I was unable to use my MacBook without it being plugged in. Called and explained issue. Allstate checked my computer and was able to say it was a battery issue. Printed label and mailed it in. Received it back in less than 10 days at no cost and MacBook is doing great! Five out of five stars for sure!
It took me a week before finally speaking w a person on the phone who was able to process my claim through in under 30 min where I was on chat for hours with the others that just kept giving me the run around. I’ll never purchase the plan again. I paid for 2 yrs only to be told the new replacement item Wouldn’t be covered the remaining yr I had already paid for but would have to buy a whole new policy.
