Claim process was kind of inconvenience but repair service was good.
My granddaughters computer screen had issues and I filed the claim on line and sent the computer to the address provided - they responded immediatley by email when recoeved and had it repaired in a few days and returned within a week.
When my product couldn’t be mailed, Allstate reimbursed my purchase. Did not include tax and shipping costs, but that’s ok. I was able to replace my microphones and all is well!
