Awesome very easy to navigate through the process
I you all were fine but at big lots the sofa was discontinued. So I'm stuck with a broken sofa. They couldn't replace that part. I'm not to happy about it. And I could afford to fork out more money to replace both pieces.

I have this plan on a laptop which suffered some damage. I filed a claim and they emailed instructions along with a shipping label. After sending the laptop to the repair center, it was fixed the day after they received it, and returned good as new.
