I contacted Allstate about a problem with an insured item. They wanted some basic info about plan number, purchase date & serial number of insured item. The next day I received an email saying the claim was approved & given a choice between snail mail or electronic delivery. I am very pleased with the entire process & will recommend Allstate protection plans to family & friends.
TV went out, submitted a claim, Allstate sent a check, got a new TV with the Allstate protection plan. Awesome service, quick and hassle-free.
