When I bought my Fitbit Luxe, I also bought an extended warranty. My Fitbit stopped charging in August of 2024. So I started a claim on line. It took a while on my part, because my husband entered the hospital and subsequently passed away. But once All State had all my information, and a receipt, they ask me to send in the Fitbit Luxe to see if it could be repaired.
