I didn’t like I could speak with someone over the telephone to discuss options but I figured it out after about 5 minutes and the experience was better than I thought. I would obtain insurance again. I just prefer to speak with a live person. Great job overall

My stick vacuum (purchased on Amazon and heavily promoted by influencers) stopped working. Unfortunately, it is no longer being made but Allstate still refunded the original purchase price. I think that is so cool!
It was a pretty straightforward process for the warranty claim. Item was fixed and returned very quickly.
I had a laptop that went on the fritz because the battery was dying, and the manufacturer didn't even offer a service to replace it! But Allstate took care of it, no questions asked, and even did additional repairs that weren't part of my initial concern - including replacing the motherboard. It's like I have a new computer again!
