My warranty claim process was very simple and complete. Although I was disappointed that the decision was made to buy out the claim rather than repair or replace the product, I do understand and am satisfied with the process
Bought a Samsung refrigerator from NFM. It went bad on me in only 3yrs. They honored the extended warranty that I purchased with them. It was simple to up load the necessary info. The process was a decision and I had a fast refund for my trash refrigerator. I was able to then replace my refrigerator with out a long drawn out fight for a insurance decision/ funds. I will definitely use them again and recommend them 100%.
Computer was not repairable so the purchase price was refunded.

My grandson dropped his phone while bicycling and cracked the screen. He thought it was going to be ok but it stopped working, I called in, they sent a new phone, and he is back in business! It was really that easy!! Thanks!!
