Very easy to file a claim. Was approved very quickly so I was able to replace my microwave the next day.
32" Vizio TV went silent. Tried all I knew to power it up. Looked at paperwork and lo and behold we had Allstate Protection Plan in our folder. Contacted Allstate and Representative was very diligent in walking me through a series of tests to determine failure mode. After several tests and trials the TV was determined Kaputt !!
