Allstate couldn’t have been more helpful when one of my barstools broke. Although I couldn’t get the same chairs, the ones I picked out are very nice. I would definitely recommend Allstate to friends and family.
There was a few phone calls and emails, and follow up emails. But the process wasn't horrible and the repair process good. The repair guy they sent out was very nice. They determined they needed to replace the TV - and that was handled extremely efficiently. I got a new TV delivered days after I had made my choice. Very happy with the results.
They handled my claim very efficiently and prompt to my satisfaction.
The entire process took less than 10 minutes with me getting a gift card to use as I shop for the replacement. I've used the protection plan service multiple times each with extremely favorable results. It's a no brainer to add the coverage when it's offered.
I was surprised I didn’t have any issues. I recommend to insure your purchases when possible. You just never know when they will stop working. If they don’t, great ! but for peace of mind, a few extra dollars is well worth it, in my opinion.
