i very much appreciate how quickly Allstate responded to arrange service for my Dacor refrigerator. It turned out to be an issue with a recall for which a new part had been devised to keep the refrigerator drain from freezing up interfering with fan function and causing overflow of water onto the floor. Unfortunately the manufacturer had not made me aware of the issue even though the appliance was registered. I suppose Allstate and Dacor can figure out who is responsible for the repair costs. Our laptop would not turn on, we called Allstate and had wonderful service getting everything setup to ship the laptop to their service center. Actually the hardest part was finding a box that was suitable for shipping the laptop in. We had the laptop back and working great in 10 days.
