We have protected our Cell phones with Square Trade coverage for years. They have handled any and all claims for service promptly and professionally. I would recommend their services to anyone.
It was very difficulty for me to put in a claim, but finally I did after after speaking to the right representative.

Purchased a wood frame queen size bed THREE years ago. Long story short, the bed splintered and snapped. Causing us to fall to the floor at 4am while in a deep sleep. Contacted Allstate protection plan, submitted photo proof . Waited 2 days and was approved and issued a credit to make a replacement purchase. New bed is now a steel frame, very sturdy... I absolutely did purchase the 5 year protection plan again.. Wouldn't make sense not to have it...
