I was afraid I would have to argue with your agent to get a refund or at least get my hearing aid repaired. Your agent guided me with the packing and assurances that I would at least get my hearing aid repaired. I received a full refund as the hearing aid was unrepairable. Thank you for the great service!

The protection plan on my Fitbit was quickly resolved. Filed claim online, paid deductible, and received new Fitbit three days later.

I filed a claim on July 29th I didn't ship the item right away but once I did they had my item back to me in less than 2 weeks and it looks brand-new!

Allstate was very helpful, Walmart was not as they do not give receipt on online sales which I needed for warranty (unreal), I will never buy anything from Walmart again that is made in China. This item stopped working during the first year of buying it and a chinese company was the manufacturer, called them several times no answer and got a message in Chinese.
