I had trouble trying to get my daughter's tablet replaced and I was given the run around with Walmart. So I called Allstate and the rep was so helpful after I told him my issue and was about to get my claim approved and reimbursed for the tablet. My daughter has another tablet now that's working well. I had difficulty with the front wheels operating properly on my lightweight stroller. I had an extended warranty with Allstate through WalMart. The supervisor listened to my issues and compensated me as per the warranty.
