Ashley at Sam's Optical in Fort Smith was very helpful.
Claim process was kind of inconvenience but repair service was good.
My granddaughters computer screen had issues and I filed the claim on line and sent the computer to the address provided - they responded immediatley by email when recoeved and had it repaired in a few days and returned within a week.
When my product couldn’t be mailed, Allstate reimbursed my purchase. Did not include tax and shipping costs, but that’s ok. I was able to replace my microphones and all is well!

It was extremely difficult to communicate with the TV department because the phone line to them is not among the phone menu options.
