I sent my broken PS5 to them and within a week they mailed it back to me and it works perfectly now! I sent it from Ohio to California so I think a week time is very exceptional service
One phone call was all it took! I had my replacement phone in a few days!
A cousin was going thru a hard time after her divorce and really needed a laptop. I was in a position to help, so I bought her one with a Care Plan. It was extraordinarily difficult for her to file her claim since the Care Plan was connected to my account. Once we got it figured out, service was wonderful, but it was very frustrating for her
My interaction with the Allstate representative was all positive and the representative was very knowledgeable and listened to my concern.
I called to warranty out my phone because I had it less than a year and had lots of problems with it. When I called them they gave me a couple choices to do, which none of them worked for me, it's my only phone. The person I talked to was really nice and tried to help, but they could only do so much, so I had to ask for a supervisor. I had a laptop that went on the fritz because the battery was dying, and the manufacturer didn't even offer a service to replace it! But Allstate took care of it, no questions asked, and even did additional repairs that weren't part of my initial concern - including replacing the motherboard. It's like I have a new computer again!
