They repaired my earbuds back to 100%, great job
The process was so simple and easy, fast and easy to track everything, my only this is that they should put in the comments section of your online portal, is what they did to fix your device. I had to call in and the customer service rep explain to me everything that was done. But it would have been nice to login in and read everything for myself. I am very pleased with the service that was given and I got my grandson game back just I time for fall break.
Insured an escooter! When the gotrax busted within the first year, I received all that money back! Minus taxes and the fee from allstate.

It was easy to contact the company and begin a claim. Once it was approved, a local company was recommended and everything was taken care of. Glad we had the protection plan on our couch.
Thank you for the coverage although as I asked the rep, I would’ve preferred a check for a settlement so I wasn’t stuck replacing the item from Walmart… Your representative didn’t seem to want to do that so I ended up with a “e-card” which is an inconvenience as I have no computer or printer but only a phone and my vision is not good…
We were in need of a ride lawnmower so I was online shopping and got one it asking if I wanted insurance i said yes after 35 days the lawnmower stop working I call Allstate they said it was still under warranty but when I called the company they said they wouldn’t cover so I Allstate again they said if I pay for the repair they would refund my money and we had the lawnmower fixed the next day I had the receipt from the repair shop I had taken a screenshot of the receipt and sent it to Allstate 5 days later I had my check the... read more
Always had a great experience with Allstate. Now everytime we need to lurchasw anything, we always make sure to purchase on shop that offers Allstate protection plan.
