My battery started leaking on my Shark vacuum. I called to file a claim, they wanted me to mail it back but Fed X nor UPS would transport it due to the battery leaking. Once I let Allstate know about this they immediately sent me a gift card for WalMart so I could purchase a new one. I did. Thanks

Took longer than I hoped to have technician come, but once scheduled went very well. Crew was on time, professional, personable and efficient. Samsung tv. Samsung gave me a date, but once actual repair center contacted me, date was delayed. They said Samsung DOES NOT schedule our repairs.
Told claim was accepted destroy broken glasses. Received check within a week
I hope think the payoff for the protection plan should be faster then a week or more
An Apple Watch Series 6 needed a new battery. One repair company said if they repaired it that it would not be water proof. We took it to Apple and they said they could replace the battery but they would have to disable the pulse ox because of litigation. I called Square Trade and they refunded the full purchase price of the watch!
It's was a great experience and that's why I have multiple items with your company but this time I was not happy they sended me a check with the wrong amout
