It took 3 days to see our tech, who then diagnosed the issue, and ordered parts. Those arrived after 2 days, then after 2 more days our tech came out to install which accurately fixed the issue. Can't argue with good results, although 7 days without a fridge is a long time.
I was satisfied with services. Online website was too challenging for my skill level. Customer service filled in the blanks. Great job !!!!

They don’t just credit you or send a check. They try to find a replacement. That takes extra time, with a 1-2 day turnaround. Unfortunately, the model I have isn’t made anymore, and the replacements they suggested weren’t to my liking (not that they were bad, but I’m picky). Also, they said that they had to receive the defective unit before they would replace it (although ultimately that wasn’t the case).
