It took several weeks before someone actually came out and assessed the problem. But once Jerry from Fibernew came out he assessed the problem and repaired it in less than a week. He did a great job.

It was even mailed incorrectly from FedEx...but they quickly rerouted sent for repairs and returned quickly...very impressive...great service
Phone was. White cord that came with phone was not compatible with it. Went ahead and ordered correct cord and UBC block myself as I needed it sooner than later and your rep did not seem to try to get it to me quickly.
