I didn’t like I could speak with someone over the telephone to discuss options but I figured it out after about 5 minutes and the experience was better than I thought. I would obtain insurance again. I just prefer to speak with a live person. Great job overall

My stick vacuum (purchased on Amazon and heavily promoted by influencers) stopped working. Unfortunately, it is no longer being made but Allstate still refunded the original purchase price. I think that is so cool!

I had a repair done it took normal than expected but I was always sent emails regarding the updates on my watch. Which I really appreciated them for letting me know what was happening and why it took longer than expected. Great customer service!!!
