Our refrigerator was not serviceable, so we received a check for a full replacement of the original purchase price. However, we still had to pay more for the same style refrigerator including taxes and a new warranty. We were out about $450.
Even tho the product I originally had was a discontinued color, they still made it work with a new color. Everything was done in a timely manner!
