Everything was great, fast and easy! If we didn’t have to pay 700$ upfront I would give it. 10 star
I had the Allstate Insurance on my Fitbit. It started acting up 1 month after Fitbit warranty expired. Contacted Allstate, made claim, they answered right back & settled for enough money for me to get a new one. I did chose option ton get the insurance on my new Fitbit.
Allstate came through for me on time
Once I followed up things got rolling and went smoothly.

I filed a claim and received a refund in less than two weeks, no red tape.
I was told I would receive my check in two weeks. It was never received. It has been more than 2 months.
