There was a 5 day relay in starting tge process because I didn't have the official receipt from Costco. No one at Allstate followed up and 4 different representatives gave me 4 different answers. I finally tracked it down with Costco myself. Since the calls were taped I suggest you list to tge false information I received. The technician who did come to fix it did a fine job.
When I contacted them, I always was given a quick response. I am very satisfied.
My claim experience was great. Reimbursement for freezer was fast . At this time, I have not received reimbursement for spoilage or an explanation why not.
My air purifier quit working after the manufacturing warranty ended. I filled my claim and had a replacement product within 2 weeks. It was easy and quick.
