After speaking to a representative from Allstate Insurance I was emailed a link to file my claim. My link was easy to follow and after filing my claim on a Friday I was paid the claim on the following Monday in the form of an ecard. The process was easy and I was very pleased.

Not sure what it is with Xbox Series X controllers getting stick drift within a year of purchase, but glad I opted for the $4 extended protection offered. Y Walmart. Money well spent.

I contacted Allstate for repair of my damaged phone. The representative immediately assured me that he would take care of me to help expedite the process so I wouldn't be without communication. The phone was sent the next day at the precise time I expected. The process for returning the damaged phone had simple, explicit directions with a prepaid label without the customer absorbing the return expense.
