I found the representative to be knowledgeable and cared about my concerns. After 10 minutes I received my full refund and less than 10 minutes later I had my electronic refund in the form of an electronic Amazon gift card.
Had issues with the charging case for my AirPod Pro. Took them into a direct Apple Store and paid to replace the case. Took a photo of the receipt and the order and submitted them to Allstate. Had a check in the mail within 2 weeks for the whole amount. Fast and easy. Excelllent!

My battery started leaking on my Shark vacuum. I called to file a claim, they wanted me to mail it back but Fed X nor UPS would transport it due to the battery leaking. Once I let Allstate know about this they immediately sent me a gift card for WalMart so I could purchase a new one. I did. Thanks
