WE FILED A CLAIM ON LINE AND ALLSTATE PROVIDED THE RETURN SHIPPING LABEL SO WE ORDERED ANOTHER SET AND USED THE NEW BOX TO RETURN THE ITEM AS INSTRUCTED. NORMALLY WE DO NOT PURCHASE EXTENDED WARRANTIES UNLESS THEY COVER ACCIDENTAL DAMAGE AND IN THIS CASE IT WORKED IN OUR FAVOR.
