I am so grateful, they handle my problem directly, explained what I needed to do (first call), help me to submit the claim over the phone (call #2). I received the confirmation over email, activated the digital credit card and everything is resolved in less than 3 days. I would highly recommend to purchase their plans!

I was little hesitant to even call Allstate Protection Plans about my tablet that had stopped working. I thought that, like other so-called protection plans, they would find a way to not cover the item's defect. To my pleasant surprise, the agent was friendly and empathetic. He made the process simple and answered all of my questions. Within 48 hours, my claim was processed and I received the replacement fee, in the form of an eMastercard, as promised. I could not have asked for a better experience. Thank you so much.

I called up got a shipping label sent to me and I sent my package out that was under warranty and I received it back in brand new condition there warranties are top notch and very nice customer services over the phone I’ll definitely buy my warranties again i’m very impressed with the Customer Service
