The warrenty on my watch was easy to look up, send back was simple, there was communication and ipdates during the repair process, and I got my watch back in much better functioning state then when I sent it. I do wish I did not need to be without it for almost 2 weeks but definitely better than needing a new watch.
Customer service was fast and easy to file a claim. No hesitating with reimbursing my payment for me to get a new phone. I was extremely happy for that.
It took 5 calls 2 to Fitbit and 3 your company to finely get instructions on submitting a claim and talk to an agent.
My chair broke and they gave me back the money I spent. Totally grateful

The only thing I have an issue with is that there is a manufacture's warranty on my item..... Except the manufacturer doesn't honor it because it wasn't purchased direct from the manufacturer. So now I have to verify the same things that I informed them about because of it. I had the same issue with a different item, which was also still under manufacturer's warranty.
