The replacement process was seamless. Obtained my RMA one day; packed and shipped the next day; received gift card via email the same day. Purchased new Keuriq the next morning
The scheduling from the office was not efficient. The logistics of having a few visits within 50 miles of one another were not scheduled correctly. Mt window was 900-1200 and he arrived at 130pm. The technician MAX, was quick to verify that we knew what we should be doing and that we needed a malfunctioning part replaced. I was only given one option on replacement of my item
I had to all 5times finally I spoke to a manager and than solved quick after 6 days.
Slow and cumbersome to deal with to start with, but in the end when a repair shop wasn't closer than several hundred miles away a refund was given to purchase another Realtree XD 24 volt UTV kids riding vehicle. Frustrating to start with when it moved as a snails pace but once I contacted the right person things went well in the end.
Had a hassle free experience with replacing eye glasses due to severe scratches. Thank You!
