From the start to the end it was great
My pool had gotten damaged from wear and tear and I needed to use my Allstate warranty to replace it. When I first contacted an agent through the online portal the agent told me I was going to have to take the pool somewhere to be fixed and that I was going to have to pay upfront out of my own pocket then they would reimburse me. Process was simple and quick turnaround
I appreciate how easy it was to get my refund. The only problem I have is that there is no way to dispute what the refund will be before accepting. In the past, I had to push to get the full refund.
Excellent service very fast and I'm satisfied with the time of the repair.
