The process was easy fast and the representative was knowledgeable professional and provided excellent costumer service.
The approval of the repair and the repair were easy and quick.
I had to ship my iPad to be repaired through FedEd. Although I wish the repair could have been made in my hometown, once I shipped my product, the repair was made quickly and my product was returned quickly.
I started the claim online but saw that it said I would receive a like-new phone. I called to verify that it would actually be a new phone. I then completed the claim and in a few days my new phone was delivered. It was very easy.

They did right by me. My phone was defective, and they credited me with a Walmart gift card, which I used immediately to buy a new phone. I did right by them. This is how insurance is supposed to work. No complaint. Neither of us got taken for a ride.
