I called in with my issue and was guided along with what I needed to do to take care of my claim. The representatives were very friendly and eager to assist me.
I filed a claim on a Sunday evening for my Olympus camera and the very next day I got an email in the morning with instructions on where to send it for service along with a pre-paid 2 day delivery Fedex label. Wow, that was fast! Sadly, the repair service said that the camera was beyond repair so Allstate informed me that they would send me a check within six days to reimburse me for my purchase. I highly reccomend the Allstate protection plan. Especially if you are a klutz like I am. The first time I used the warranty which came with the computer. My fingerprint reader went south. The computer was sent to Lenovo for repairs. It took longer than two weeks. It was waranty work and the part was backordered.
