I'm usually against purchasing the warranties but since these were my son's first nice pair of earphones I figured I better get it. Within four months he had dropped and broken the right hinge. I called the warranty number, they emailed me a paid shipping label. I boxed it up and within a week it was returned fixed. I received updates as the headphones were being repaired.
I bought a Hisense 58" tv and took out the warranty. Had the tv about 1 1/2 years and then I had a black screen and next the sound went out. Contacted the Allstate team they sent me simple instructions, that didn't work so there was another set and that didn't work so we had phone conversation and nothing worked so I am getting a refund check. All of this took 3 days. Thank you!

Purchased plan and was glad I did. My printer stopped printing and would not power up. It would cost more to repair it then buy a new one. It was out of manufacturing warranty. I put a claim in with Allstate and two days later I was able to buy a new printer with the money I recieved from Allstate. A REAL HOMERUN, thanks Allstate!!!
