The process was so easy. From finding my account and policy. To being able to ship it out. And the quickness that it was sent back. I’m always hesitant buying a warranty. But this was so worth it!! no hidden agendas or loopholes to prevent me from getting my computer fixed. I am so happy with this company that I had thought. I shipped my charger with my computer. Great service. Our heater went out in our entertainment center and they resolved the issue within 48 hours of sending a check in the amount to replace the entertainment center. My post office actually lost the first check they sent to me and quickly resolved the issue and mailed me a second check on urgent status. Very satisfied with customer service.

Assistance with my claim was fairly easy, however I did have to call the company on the phone. I was transferred 4 times before getting the correct person to initiate my claim. I was not able to accomplish the claim online. In the end, the person I spoke to was helpful. She spoke to her boss & initially I was told I had to send the bidet into a company in my hometown, pay for repairs, then get reimbursed.
