Filing the claim was very straightforward and easy. I received my answer in less than 24 hours. While filling the claim was easy, receiving my replacement Fitbit was very painful. My watch shipped locally from about an hour away from where I live. Once I received notice that the shipping label was produced my watch sat for a week before it moved again. Claim process was fairly simple with the only slowdown being having to get a confirmation code and then having to repeat information entered on-line to the representative during a telephone call.
A plan that I bought when I was getting headphones from Sams Club was not expensive and delivered on their plan when they broke. They stopped working in their 2 nd year of coverage just before the plan was to expire. I sent them in for repair or replacement with the label provided. They examined them and within 5 days they told me they could not be fixed. I used the gift card they set up for me to replace them without further expense or explanation. Our Samsung washer needed a repair and we had 2 service calls. After the second visit we were refunded the entire cost of the washer. We were happy for the outcome of a refund but somewhat upset that this 3 year old machine could not be repaired. Neither of the service call reps ever checked the area of the leaking water which was on the bottom of the unit. Got a insurance policy on an A/C and it was really easy when it stopped working to file a claim, and in about 5 minutes they had a solution that worked for me.
Pool hoses leaking looked cracked & pump just stopped , full replacement. So glad I got my protection plan!
