The item I claimed had been in the shop for 2 months and had still not been repaired. I tried multiple times to speak with the repair shop to find out the status. All they could say was that the item for the repair was on order. I tried to contact the manufacturer and was told they would check into it. That never happened. I’ve never claimed one before. My toothbrush broke. I just went to the website and entered my insurance number and serial number of my toothbrush. They emailed a Target gift card and I was able to buy another one. This is the third time my toothbrush broke after 14-16 months and I was very frustrated. All State helped save the day! And my frustration level. Thank you!
