Allstate and their staff went above and beyond in helping get our washing machine fixed. And when they determined that our machine was "un-repairable," they quickly processed our claim and issued a check for the entire about that we paid for our washer three years ago. We are very happy with the service they provided!

The next day I received an email saying the claim was approved & given a choice between snail mail or electronic delivery.
