Back and forth with you and Consumer Cellular to replace Wife's phone. Get an email saying I purchased a phone from them. Major confusion. Major delays in sending replacement. Double model upgrade which we had no charger for and we had to go purchase cables for so we could charge. Not compatible with old phone equipment. We specifically asked to go ONE model up if they had to. No notice and no communication. That's why the four stars. Upgrade good, communication and delays bad.
