I had a claim for my glasses that were scratched when I fell and they went sliding along the sidewalk. They lens were scratched and the frame was bent. No problem the issue was settled and I received my claim quickly. There was a $25 deductible to be paid, but for $400 glasses, no sweat.
This is my 2nd or 3rd time now having to use my protection plan for my xbox controller. This company should be the first ever AAAA rating with the BBB.
