The serviceman from Tekniton arrived early and seemed very pleasant. He stated that he has not seen an issue like ours before today. He called Samsung directly and they told him that there is an ongoing issue with Xfinity and a software issue. They could not provide a solution today and they don't know when the update will be available. We would like a full refund for this television.
