I bought these plans for 3 of the cheapest laptops Walmart sells with the idea they probably won't last too long. I''ve haad to use the plans twice now and both times I had the laptops repaired at no expense to me. I just had to box them up and took them to Fedex (with a prepaid shipping label). About a week or so later I got my laptop back repaired. Also, the tech support seemed to be reasonable too, fixing one issue for me over the phone.
