Its an easy process. The communication was good throughout the process. They repaired it and got it back in the time frame they said. So Im glad I have it on my electronics as well as appliance etc.
Unable to able to chat .associate even had difficulty but was able to complete the claim received satisfactory settlement but had electronic debit card was not available to use it to buy gift card am still trying to send e card prefer old system with paper checks
I bought this 2 year plan for a robot mop/vacuum and it was a good investment. The price was reasonable and the coverage was as expected/advertised. The robot mop function stopped spraying water 3 days after the manufacturer 's warranty ended and I filed a claim. I received an email within a day or so with a paid return label to send it for repair. I got tracking of the package while in route and when it was received.
