I was concerned about getting access to the repair service, but once I entered the serial number and claim information I was quickly contacted with instructions and a prepaid shipping label. Much easier than I expected.
My tv broke and within 24 hrs I had a new one delivered! Warranty covered everything.
Awesome very easy to navigate through the process
I you all were fine but at big lots the sofa was discontinued. So I'm stuck with a broken sofa. They couldn't replace that part. I'm not to happy about it. And I could afford to fork out more money to replace both pieces.
