Processed a vacuum claim immediately upon first call. Customer service representative was very helpful and processed claim without any problems.
I initially submitted my claim to the provider which asked for a list of items to process my request. It was kinda off putting but as I had most of the information the process was easy. After review, they were quick in responding to my claim and processed everything in a timely manner. I was surprised and glad it didn’t take longer.
Prompt response to my inquiries. Great follow-up with emails so everything was in writing. Prompt follow-up with check in mail per my request for resolution.

I had no problem filing a claim as the Reps were very helpful as well as knowledgeable. However, the email I received on Jan 3, 2024, mentioned the Deliver Type: Doorstep Delivery, Adult Signature Required. The item was delivered, but it wasn't on my doorstep. It was standing up against the pillar of my house.....in the rain! No one rung the doorbell, or knocked on the door! Further, we didn't sign for the delivery. Called in with problem, service person did tv diagnostics over phone, considered it too expensive to repair or not repairable and had me pick out replacement tv. Very professional and respectful of my hard of hearing problem, would buy protection again, but used once and no longer available on replacement tv, which I would like to have , but I guess that’s fair. I have purchased another tv and purchased an All State insurance program on this one also. DSB
