My Laptop got worn and was not charging my Laptop. I was able to funds from Allstate to replace the charger. What a great bargain!
Had to call a couple of times for laptop . First was told to reset computer which I did and then Windows would not install. Ssd fail message so then they wanted me to send in. I couldn't wait that long so told me to get quote local and I did. They approved it and I had it fixed in one day at local shop. I paid for it and sent in receipt. I had my check in 5 days. Good experience.
Had audio dropouts issues from different streaming apps which became apparent several months after purchasing the receiver. Tried changing out hdmi cables, multiple speakers with no success. Actually gave up and bought another receiver in despair. Decided to send it to Allstate then auction on EBay after it was repaired. Then Allstate told me they couldn’t fix it and sent me a full value check. I was thrilled; ddsee that coming. Sweet!!

We purchased a message chair from Walmart and during sale, we were recommended to purchase a product protection coverage by Allstate Protection Plan. The item had good reviews but had mechanical issues and replacement parts were not available. A new model would cost twice as much and was the new replacement of that model. After claim and review with options, Allstate covered the initial cost of the item and responded in a timely manner. Thank you Allstate and Walmart sales staff.

Almost forgot I had this plan for my furniture. Decided to put in a claim and I was pleasantly surprised at how easy the process was. I was able to do everything online and received pretty quick update and resolution. Maybe I'm easily impressed, but I was impressed nonetheless.
The fact I didn't have to jump through so many hoops to get my computer taken care of is amazing. I will definitely always get the protection plan again. Thank you.
