Long story short. The steamer was excellent in its performance. It’s been a little over a year and I used it regularly. One day it just didn’t work and following up with the protection plan I found that it couldn’t be replaced (the steamer) so I was reimbursed. No hassle and kind, considerate people who saw to a satisfied customer. Get a protection plan if you have that choice. It’s worth it %

Dyson vac failed within the warranty period. Allstate made it easy to ship the broken unit in for service (at no cost to me). The vac was serviced reasonably quickly, and shipped back to me. Unfortunately, the vac still had issues. Allstate suggested shipping it back for additional service, which was not a satisfactory option for me. The agent then offered a full refund, which allowed me to place an order for a new vac and not have to wait. This was very fair in my opinion, leaving me impressed with Allstate.
