I’m thankful I didn’t have to use my claim due to the knowledgeable rep that helped me. I have a 3 year plan for my scooter and we found my issue was still covered under manufacturer warranty. My guy saved the day and I’ll still have my claim available in the future if needed. Very happy with this service.

The agents that I talked was very understanding with my concern about the carseat for my granddaughter. That the harness wouldn't snap when I would strap in my granddaughter to the seat. Liked that he was very concerned as well with her safety.
