I opted to have insurance on my glasses, which I never expected to use. I had the glasses for 18 months before the arms just fell off. I placed a claim for replacement glasses and waited for a response. They responded quickly but didn't explain I would need to pay a deductible before my claim could be processed. I waited a week before contacting them again, at which time the representative explained the deductible and processed my payment and claim.
