My Costco purchased Samsung 65" LED TV failed while under Square Trade warranty period in year five, 1 month before the warranty expired. The repair technician replaced the parts that were sent to my home by Square Trade. These parts did not correct the problem and the technician said he would send the results of the attempted repair to Square Trade. I called Square Trade and with only one phone call they offered a reasonable settlement towards the purchase of a new printer.
