I initially submitted my claim to the provider which asked for a list of items to process my request. It was kinda off putting but as I had most of the information the process was easy. After review, they were quick in responding to my claim and processed everything in a timely manner. I was surprised and glad it didn’t take longer.

I had no problem filing a claim as the Reps were very helpful as well as knowledgeable. However, the email I received on Jan 3, 2024, mentioned the Deliver Type: Doorstep Delivery, Adult Signature Required. The item was delivered, but it wasn't on my doorstep. It was standing up against the pillar of my house.....in the rain! No one rung the doorbell, or knocked on the door! Further, we didn't sign for the delivery.
