I put in a claim the day my washing machine broke and immediately called in to continue the claim. They worked with me to troubleshoot the issue and determined it was probably the control board. They were going to order the part and scheduled for service to come out in a few days. It turned out that the part was not available, so they cancelled the service and informed me that they would reimburse the cost of the washing machine.
