I made a claim for my daughter's Minnie Mouse ride-on toy's battery. The claim's process was easy and easy to file. The check came within 4 business days. Without a doubt, Allstar Ins made the process for troubleshooting and repair easy. When the technician determined the TV was beyond repair, he documented his findings and Allstar sent me a check replacing the TV within a week.
It took about 2 months, but my issue finally got resolved in a manner I was satisfied with.
