Quick claim processing and resolution
Simple and fast process. Filed a claim in 3 days it was complete. Maybe less actually I was late checking my email. Agent was kind and knowledgeable
I had excellent customer service. My warranty claim was approved with no hassle. Their communication was great. Highly recommend squaretrade by Allstate
The plan covers its promises as advertised. The filing process was easy and smooth. I was continuously updated throughout the process and the matter was resolved swiftly.
I messaged a customer service rep to get the status of my device being repaired. The rep was very nice and patient and thoroughly did their job to give me the full update. The rep was also kind enough to answer all my questions to the best of their abilities. I was very satisfied with the service I received.
It should not take more than two emails or more than three phone calls to get a process started. I purchased the appliance, with a warranty. Eight days is too long for a process that should take no more than 3.
For so many years I thought I had a good deal with Allstate....until I shopped around. I found a very good plan with a very good well know company for half the cost and double the coverage! Sorry I hadn't shopped around sooner......
