I had bought a vaccuum cleaner, that was recommended to me by a friend, said she had it for years. No problems. So I ordered the same one, but mine only lasted for 4 months, I cleaned and pampered it. I loved my lightweight, cordless vaccuum, but to my surprise, it conked out. Don’t know the problem. They were excellent in getting my watch to the repair location. Since then I have been pretty much waiting to hear from them. Kind of frustrating.

My Sony rx10 IV shut down. Basically all the electronics stopped working. Sent it to SquareTrade on Monday and it came back the following Tuesday as good as new. And this was over the Labor Day holiday!
I'm a bit disappointed that its going to take a month to repair my TV. They have me pick a time I want my TV serviced only to find out the company who was hired to do the work has their own schedule. Why give false expectations?
