I was thankful I purchased an extended warranty when I bought my tv. Allstate stands behind their warranty and they were fantastic to work with. Unfortunately the tv couldn’t be repaired but Allstate was quick to resolve the situation. I will use them again with big purchases and would highly recommend them to anyone.
l started claim 7/19 issue finally resolved in August via telephone caĺl after repeating issue three times via chat.
