Everything about my experience was professional. I have been down this road before with other companies and they do everything they can to deny your request. I felt they were on my side and trying to help. To be honest I was waiting for the catch but they were very accommodating and it worked out

Processing my insurance claim was quick and easy. I took the pictures, uploaded them, and the next day received an email telling me that my claim was approved. I was then given options for a replacement TV. I received my new—not refurbished—TV within five days! This was an awesome experience ! Thank you.
Wish I had Allstate on all my appliances!
I was offered a replacement product, within two days I was offered a refund. I would have preferred a replacement and at least the turn around times are swift.
