Had tv a year. Stopped working they did some trouble shooting and came back to the conclusion that it was done for so issued payment for replacement. Aldi was terrific.
I purchased a radio/CD/cassette player that had an issue with the cassette player. I contacted Square Trade to start the claim and had a response within 24 hours. My claim was approved and I was instructed to send in item for repair. A free shipping label via FedEx was supplied and the item was sent off. It was returned to me within the week promised but the problem was still there. I contacted Square Trade again and was provided another free shipping label to again return the item, which I've done. We were at the Apple Store and Allstate was able to approved the payment of the problem and emailed info Of how to send my receipt to Allstate and within a week I received my refund. Best service and insurance ever.
