Very easy to file a claim and quick to resolve it.
From the start, the process was handled efficiently and fast. Allstate connected Momo Tech to test the old tv and they were great. The same day the tv was deemed unrepairable, I received a check in less than a week. Bought a new tv and yes, got the five year insurance coverage again.
Received an ambiguously worded e-mail telling me that I did not have to return the phone, but a later paragraph stated it needed to be returned. Had to call Allstate to clarify this. Otherwise, there were no problems.
Got ideal results from the plan.
