We filed a claim on a tablet and was given a label to ship to repair. It was back in under a week. Worked first time turned on and not the next time. Was I called Allstate (Square Trade). They gave a prepaid label again and as soon as they recieved the tracking # they cut a check for the full purchase price. Not pro-rated even though table was over 2 years into the warrenty. I was able to replace it within a couple days. AAA+
They refunded purchase price so I could get new printer.
Excellent phone representative who was knowledgeable and addressed my issue/claim with quickness and to my satisfaction. Very pleased!
They were fast and wanted to replace my item but couldn’t find a replacement so just sent me a gift card!
I had a minor issue with my claim because my receipt had 2 pairs of glasses on it. I went to my Sams Optical dep and they printed additional paperwork for me. It was approved with n questions at that point.
Broken screen quick repair
Quick response to frustrating experience-- my 100-500 mm lens fell into the water and was ruined. Allstate quickly replaced it, and I was back in business!
