Positive experience from the moment I called Allstate. Representative was friendly & knowledgeable. Walked me through performing some testing to see if I could get TV working. When concluded TV would not turn on, he explained the next steps. Received email communications every step of the way. Received check from Allstate very shortly thereafter. Very pleased with the people & process.
Quick repair and fast delivery
I saved up for a nice office chair and it was great but then it broke. There was no way I could afford a new one. Getting with y'all was super easy and really quick. Gave you all my info, a picture or two and received my money within a day. I ordered a new office chair after doing more research and it's amazing.
