I reported needing service in October of 2019, after 5 customer members tried to help I asked for a Mgr after talking with her 3 times n two service visits at home it was not fixed as of March 1st 2020 then I got a call tell me it was going to be paid in full. Then I went back to Costco to get a new one.

I put in a claim for my TV, everything went well. Because it was a Saturday they said I would hear back by Monday, understandable. Monday rolls around and they decide they are going to send me a check instead of a new tv or fixing the old one, also understandable. Fast forward a few days and the check shows up for $300.61, my tv was $350... NOT understandable.
