Claims are quickly resolved, wish beside Walmart They could represent Best Buy too
They tried to fix it within 3 days; it re-failed a week later and I got a full refund check without hassle
Was good but the connection was scratchy and lot of static — felt little uncomfortable in sharing details but overall was satisfactory
I completed all steps asked online then spoke with someone at the end and they helped me finalize. It worked out well and I’m thankful.

My d.v.r quit working and I tried to get night owl to fix it but all I got was the run Around. Like talking to the wall.
