Haven't received the replacements in the mail yet but the process was simple and didn't take forever
I called and text several times and each time was told it would be taken care of and in a few days I would receive my instructions. Finally after a month I went on Twitter and complained that I wasn’t getting the help I needed. That seemed to get their attention and finally was able to get a new battery for my phone.

Had a 3 year warranty on my laptop. Two and a half years in, my laptop starting acting up. Customer service from the start was great. Sending in, repairs, and return took less than 10 days. So glad I had purchased this warranty.

We Purchased a tent for art shows. I noticed that the legs were not standing correctly and there were some joints out of alignment (purchased in. 2021). I paid over $200 for the tent so I'd purchase a warranty for it. Allstate covered the entire cost of the original price of the tent. So when I purchased its replacement. I also bought another allstate coverage plan. Well worth the money!!!!
Every associate I encountered throughout the process was very thorough and professional. So glad I purchased this protection plan. Filing a claim was easy and quick. Will definitely buy again.
