The gentleman who came out was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Didn't have all the parts to complete the job. Had to come back 3 times to finish work.
I opted to have insurance on my glasses, which I never expected to use. I had the glasses for 18 months before the arms just fell off. I placed a claim for replacement glasses and waited for a response. They responded quickly but didn't explain I would need to pay a deductible before my claim could be processed. I waited a week before contacting them again, at which time the representative explained the deductible and processed my payment and claim. It's so rare these days to get what you pay for especially regarding service plans, but this one actually did what they advertise.
Easy and Quickly fixed my product
Cracked screen, and it was taken care of with no problem. Their Rep was great and walked me through the process to get things taken care of. Satisfaction within 3 days.

The warranty covered it wonderfully and I could not.have gotten a better deal I asked what was required of the warranty. I did it I received a nice beautiful new television. It was delivered in the box. No provision and the warranty covered any aspect of disposal or reinstallation. I was surprised and it left me in a difficult position of managing a 68 pound TV by getting help and costly expense that I was not expecting.
