They handled the claim very quickly, completed in around four days time. My only reason for not giving a five star is they did not reimburse taxes that were paid on the item as that added up quite a bit because of the price that we paid.

electronic item malfunctioned while under warranty. called them, took few days for them to figure out what to do and they could not get item repaired and returned my original purchase price for item. they did not return any part of what i paid for warranty. i still had around year and half left. other warranty places pro rate what you paid for the warranty. so keep that in mind. but over all service was great, easy to deal with.
