My purchase included a one year warranty and within two wells of it expiring, I had a fatal problem with the phone. I was in a time crunch due to an upcoming vacation but your agents was very helpful in settling the claim and avoiding a big problem. I would recommend this service.
The agent was attentive to my appliance issues and offered a solution which was doable without outside intervention - even better than a service visit. It worked and the problem is resolved due to the attention, expertise and knowledge of the agent. So, thanks so much for this service

I never want to say Yes to purchasing the extended protections but sometimes it just makes sense and this was one of those times. I'm so glad that I did because it came in handy when the unit stopped working. Although a replacement wasn't available at the time I'm on the list for when it is.
