The whole experience started off great then they didn’t send a box for my tv like they said they would although they refund the cost of the box and packing. They tried to give me the bottom of the barrel tv (Hisense) when mine was a Vizio until i told them i insured a vizio and i want a vizio replacement. If i wanted a Hisense i would have bought and insured a hisense. In they end it was replaced with a vizio and it works fine.
