My TV I purchased died after a few years. I was thankful I had the "Extended Warranty". Even though there is a process you must go through for the insurance reimbursement, it was fairly quick. My one complaint was that they lost my submission of required paperwork and pictures of the TV and after 5 business days I was forced to resubmit. They quickly resolved it and within a couple of days they replaced my broken TV. I would recommend it to anyone buying a "Big Ticket Item".
I received excellent service from start to finish!
They troubleshooted my problem via telephone first, then determined it was approved for repair. Once I was able to obtain a suitable shipping container my issue was fixed and returned to me within a few days. Glad I purchased the protection plan.
