We've had two Allstate Protection Plans that we had to make claims on. One was for a printer awhile back, and the other for a lawn mower, just recently. Both times, after documenting proof of purchase and determining that the items were neither fixable nor returnable, our claims were processed and our money refunded for the items in a timely manner. It was well worth getting the affordable Protection Plans for these items.
