Great,fast responce and good service
I never want to say Yes to purchasing the extended protections but sometimes it just makes sense and this was one of those times. I'm so glad that I did because it came in handy when the unit stopped working. Although a replacement wasn't available at the time I'm on the list for when it is.

I called and the person was very helpful. It took three times to find a place to have all the parts .
Don’t email them, they never are good with email but the calls on my 3rd attempts finally resolve and they took the laptop, repaired it and turn around within 2 weeks. Still recommend them for the prompt service when you get to the right person.
