Glad I purchased the plan. Never thought I'd use it but did and the plan was very good.
I love the NEW support staff at square trade/ allstate. There are no more long wait times with claims, the person answering the phones understands what you are saying - no more long holds every 3 minutes of the 45 minute call. No more calling back every 24 hours to check on a claim. I was considering leaving and finding another warranty company but now I LOVE ALLSTATE!!!!!! Best experience ever!
