When I had to call in for my stove, everyone who I talked to was very willing to help and answer any and every question I had.
Once called, the towing company was notified, they arrived on time, took my truck to my mechanic and my truck arrived safely.
For some reason my original claimed order replacement was cancelled without giving me any notice. It was until I was able to reach out to a supervisor (Kemone) that my claim was approved and fully processed. This took overall 2 + weeks, but I'm glad Kemone was able to stopped up and help me. Keep up the great work Kemone!!
