Purchased an extended warranty for an evaporative cooler, couple of years ago. This summer the water pump stopped working, put in a claim with Allstate Protection, and they reimbursed me for the cost of the cooler. Definitely a good investment.
They were very helpful and patient when I needed to replace my old phone.
Been a little ruff. But it's getting better.

I had to file a claim for my father's phone. It was an easy process.
They handled the claim very quickly, completed in around four days time. My only reason for not giving a five star is they did not reimburse taxes that were paid on the item as that added up quite a bit because of the price that we paid.
