Filing a claim is easy and I received payment promptly. Well done!
I called and told them my pruner stopped working, they asked when I purchased it and I told them and they told me I would receive a check in five to seven days and it came within three days.
All was great except for one thing. I did not receive my own power adapter back. Everything else was exceptional.
every step of the way very friendly people , only issue i had was i live out of the service/ drive area for the repairman, i had to deliver and pickup my TV, Not to bad of a project but it takes two to transport and i was down in my back when i picked it up.. The Service from McGowan was great too.
I purchased a new car and coverage was added while I was at the dealership.

Allstate came in in the clutch for me when I needed insurance for my new vehicle. After some time with my policy, I was disappointed there weren't more options to save.. for instance passing a defensive driving course. Ways to keep the policy price down and be a knowledgeable policy holder would help make this customer happier.
