when i first call the guy i talk to was not trying to help and i told him that he was just trying to get me off the phone and did not care but when i call back the next guy i think his name was roger or rog he work with me to get it right and i thank him for it i would have rated you a one if i did not talk to roge he did his job i finish feeling good ?????
I had the screen crack on my ipad. Upon requesting the approval for repair and the time that it was repaired was unbelievable. Very prompt and did not have a problem in any way.

Our craft ice maker has been struggling and finally stopped working altogether. We called the warranty company and spoke with very nice folks who worked us through the paperwork for the claim. They advised the parts would be out the next day, and we set-up an install for Thursday. The parts did not arrive and the technician called to reschedule for Friday.
