The email alerts and links also helped to remind me and inform me of every part of the process taken to assist me with the restoration of my item. Overall experience was great.Only problem is with the gift card.We have a hard time at the Hamilton Ohio store when checking out the cashier's don't know how to process it.It would be a lot easier with a gift card.

I could not get the online service to report a claim to work. I finally used the chat feature. They were helpful somewhat and told me to call in but never provided a phone number to do it until I asked for one. It turned into a 4 day process which I think is way too long. It should be a one and done to make a claim if I had already sent in proof of purchase.
Very helpful. Solved my problem by refunding the money.
