The return of my item was easy, called FedEx and scheduled a pickup, my item was returned repaired in just a few days. Very easy protection plan!
Save money for warranty if any problem if broken and replace it.
My claim was well received but I had to ask for the status every step of the way. It was some what delayed. Final end result was good.
I had an issue with an hp computer and the representative showed empathy and immediately had a solution which satisfied the problem and exceeded my expectations
The warranty covered my purchase. Square Trade told me I would receive a gift card in the amount of $359. I haven’t received it yet.
Our experience was good. But one thing I didn’t like is how the laptop’s original box it came with hadn’t returned to me.

My TV I purchased died after a few years. I was thankful I had the "Extended Warranty". Even though there is a process you must go through for the insurance reimbursement, it was fairly quick. My one complaint was that they lost my submission of required paperwork and pictures of the TV and after 5 business days I was forced to resubmit. They quickly resolved it and within a couple of days they replaced my broken TV. I would recommend it to anyone buying a "Big Ticket Item".
